If any issues processing your order arise during check out here are a few ideas to consider:
- Prior to processing an order, TommyMoch.com requires a User Account to be established (a common practice with eCommerce Stores)
- If an account has been set up and there is an issue processing credit card transaction in which it cannot be completed, we retain this record which as an "Abandoned Cart." The only information available to us is name and contact information as well as item(s) to order. We cannot view credit card information or passwords.
- Ensure the account address matches credit card billing address, if not then it's highly likely the credit card processing system will reject the order
- If there is an issue with Credit Card processing, here are (2) options:
- If you have a PayPal Account, it can be used to process order transaction rather than a credit card
- We are happy to attempt to process orders manually. Please provide credit card type (visa, etc), name as it appears on credit card, credit card number, credit card three or four digit authorization code on front or back of credit card, and expiration date.
- Submit this via our secure HTTPS Chat Application which is posted in the top right menu bar as "Click Here For Live Support." It doesn't matter if we are on or offline, in either case, the communications are secure. If we are successful processing the order then we will provide communication stating details. If we are not successful processing the order we will contact you regarding the details
